We’re here to provide your digital assistant with the expert care it needs. Choose the scope of treatment, tell us what’s ailing your bot, and leave the rest to us.
Medical history
The aim of the initial meeting is for us to find out your digital assistant’s medical history. We will assess its level of advancement, test its functions and capabilities (how it understands and responds to input). We will take a look at its social skills: how it handles client needs, where it has shortcomings, and its conversational success rate. We will also present the range of care we can offer.
Outpatient care
After the initial meeting, we will already know what kind of care you are interested in. If we’d agreed upon an outpatient consultation, we will examine, listen to and examine your bot. We will evaluate the condition of its fundamental components and functions. It will take us 3 to 5 days to perform this type of analysis and formulate some basic recommendations.
Urgent care
If your digital assistant needs urgent first aid, we will admit it to our clinic for several days of emergency treatment. We will need access to its medical records (analytics, documentation, business requirements, etc.). We will conduct an examination of its internal components and propose solutions to its issues. Your bot will spend between 7 and 14 days receiving emergency treatment.
Hospitalization
Looking to get your bot in top shape? We’ll admit it to our inpatient unit for comprehensive care. We’ll perform laboratory tests, check every component, and create a detailed growth plan. Based on your preferences, we’ll focus on specific functional aspects and recommend solutions that align with your goals. Your bot will spend 14 to 30 days in our inpatient care.
Final medical report
After treatment, you will receive a complete medical report based on the scope of care you have chosen. This will include all diagnostic findings, results of the conducted tests in a clear sheet, analytics, and identified errors. As part of the medical report, you will also receive a plan for necessary treatments, adjustments, and further healthcare, which will allow you to get your bot back into shape. You can then choose to act on the findings in the medical report. The recommended treatment can be carried out by your team, the team that originally implemented the solution for you, or we can agree on further cooperation and leave your bot in the hands of our surgeons.
